ob Title: Senior AI Engineer - MADTech

Location: Irving TX only

Working Model: Hybrid- 3 days in office

We are looking for a Senior MADTech Engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI, real-time data streaming, and martech execution. You will be a core, hands-on builder working directly alongside our technical lead, implementation group, and strategic vendor partners (Google, GrowthLoop, MetaRouter).

You will build out the core pipeline components—from real-time event ingestion through MetaRouter and Pub/Sub, to sub-millisecond profile querying in Cloud Spanner, through to agentic decisioning inside Google Reasoning Engine.

Key Responsibilities

Core Hands-on Implementation: Hands on experience working on application layer build connected with Google ecosystem of Vertex AI modeling, application coding using Python, integrations with BQ and Spanner layer are Key. Build, test, and deploy production pipelines connecting client-side tag sources (MetaRouter), event streaming (Pub/Sub), and batch feeds into BigQuery and Cloud Spanner.
Reasoning Engine Integration: Build and optimize agentic decisioning logic inside Google Reasoning Engine to deliver real-time offer prioritization, content metadata, and dynamic campaign generation.
System Integration: Integrate decision outputs with GrowthLoop (Audience Membership & Segment Syndication), Optimizely (Active feature flags & targeting rules), and downstream destination platforms (REACH, GMP, Ad-Tech, Real-Time App Overlays).
Technical Collaboration: Actively participate in daily standups, code reviews, architectural refinement discussions, and joint engineering sessions with vendor partners (Google, GrowthLoop, MetaRouter).

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software/data engineering experience within modern cloud environments (GCP preferred).
GCP Core Stack: Proficiency with BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, Pub/Sub, and Python/Java/Go code bases powering Vertex AI / Reasoning Engine.
Real-Time Data Streaming: Hands-on experience managing real-time event pipelines, API integrations, and tag routing systems (MetaRouter, Segment, or Tealium).
MarTech Tools: Working knowledge of audience segmentation tools (GrowthLoop), dynamic optimization platforms (Optimizely), and marketing automation systems.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to navigate complex real-time vs. batch architectural flow requirements while maintaining low latency, data privacy standards, and high reliability.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
